I didn't start out wanting to be a designer. I started out wanting to help people, which is probably why this work feels so personal to me.
I've worked in boardrooms and boutique agencies. I've managed campaigns for big Australian brands and sat in government meetings where nobody talked like a real human. And somewhere in all of that, I realised the women who needed the most support were the ones building something of their own, women who were genuinely good at what they did but had a brand that wasn't keeping up with them.
So I started Ella Jones Design. Not because I wanted to make pretty things, but because I wanted to make a real difference to real businesses.
I'm a mum of two, I'm building this alongside the juggle of family life, and I care more about your results than my client count. When you work with me you get someone who is genuinely in your corner from the first conversation to the final handover, and long after.

A lot of designers will tell you they're different. Here's what actually makes me different.
Your website will never be held hostage. You get every login, every file, every piece of your brand, because it belongs to you. Full stop.
I build on Squarespace, Showit, and Shopify specifically because they give you the freedom to run your own site without needing to call someone every time you want to change a word. Owning your brand means actually being able to use it.
I don't design for me, I design for you and your audience. The best brand sits at the intersection of what your clients need to see and what you genuinely love, because a brand you don't love is a brand you won't use. And a brand you don't use is a business that stays invisible.
I think about the whole journey, not just how it looks. Every site I build has a strategy behind it, who you are, what you do, why they should trust you, and exactly how to get them from stranger to ready to book.
